Jeff Scott, was born in Nacogdoches, Texas to Jimmie and Bobbie Scott on January 31, 1961.  He was raised in this small East Texas town and grew up raising cattle on the family farm and working in the local auction barn. He was active in FFA during his school years and raised several champion show steers. He graduated from Nacogdoches High School in 1979 and joined the Air Force the following year.  After basic training, he completed nine months of intensive electronics theory and application training at Keesler AFB, MS.  He's worked at various locations around the world including four years in the 1st Combat Communications Sq, Lindsey AS, Germany; Camp Red Cloud, Korea; Incerlik, Turkey; Saudi Arabia, England, Azores, Ascension Island and numerous state side assignments.
Jeff's Air Force career spanned twenty six years, all of which he worked in the communications arena.  He retired in June 2006 at Laughlin AFB, TX and is currently a Civil Servant project manager and unit deployment manager at Laughlin.  He joined PAFRA in 2006 and became the Burning Sands Circuit Director in 2007.  He's been married for 18 years to the former Laurie Costello of Bulverde, TX.  Jeff and Laurie are active in their church and enjoy being involved in their community.  They have horses, cats, dogs, a burrow, and are in the process of changing their meat goat operation to a registered Boer show goat operation.   His hobbies include rodeo, hunting, and saltwater fishing.
