Sponsorship Opportunities
The Professional Armed Forces Rodeo Association is a Non-profit veterans organization comprised of active duty servicemen and women, reservists and honorably discharged veterans. Our goal is to provide a venue where men and women who share the bond of military service can come together and compete in the sport of rodeo. We strive to be a family oriented group with games and events for the children as well. We operate on the money generated by membership sales, sponsorships and donations. We are looking for people and organizations just like you to help sponsor our year end awards. Please take this opportunity to give back to those who have given so much to this great nation by sponsoring the award of your choice from those listed below. We feel that we are a very worthy cause and your donations are tax deductible. Thank you for taking the time to visit with us.
Our 2008 World Finals Rodeo will be held November 8th and 9th in the Cowtown Coliseum in the historic Ft. Worth Stockyards, Ft. Worth, TX.
For those of you who choose to support our association, we have different levels of sponsorships available:
Title Sponsor: As a title sponsor, your company will receive top billing on the PAFRA website and at all PAFRA sanctioned events most notably the PAFRA World Finals Rodeo to be held at the historic Cowtown Coliseum, Ft. Worth, TX. The cost of this sponsorship is $7500.
1. “YOUR BUSINESS NAME is proud to be the title sponsor of the Professional Armed Forces Rodeo Association”. This will be displayed on the top of our association homepage which receives approximately one thousand visits per month.
2. “YOUR BUSINESS NAME is proud to present the Professional Armed Forces Rodeo Association World Finals Rodeo”. This will be displayed on the cover of our World Finals Rodeo Program. The fist page inside the program will be devoted to you and your company’s products and contact information. These programs will be handed out to the spectators in attendance both nights. The average nightly attendance at this venue is approximately 3000 people based on information provided to us last year.
3. You will also receive four complimentary VIP passes to both nights of the performance.
4. You will also receive four complimentary passes to attend and participate in the award presentations at our award banquet on Sunday following the finals.
Saddle Sponsors: As a saddle sponsor, your company will be showcased on the PAFRA website homepage and at all PAFRA sanctioned events most notably the PAFRA World Finals Rodeo to be held at the historic Cowtown Coliseum, Ft. Worth, TX. The cost of these sponsorships is $1000.
1. Your business name and logo will be displayed along with the other saddle sponsors on the homepage of our association website which receives approximately 1000 visits per month.
2. Your business name will be showcased on a half page add in our World Finals Rodeo program as the sponsor of the saddle you have chosen to sponsor: “YOUR BUSINESS NAME is proud to present the World Champion Heeler trophy saddle” along with contact information for your business. These programs will be handed out to the spectators in attendance both nights. The average nightly attendance at this venue is approximately 3000 people based on information provided to us last year.
Buckle Sponsors: As a buckle sponsor, your company will be showcased on the PAFRA website and at the PAFRA World Finals Rodeo to be held at the historic Cowtown Coliseum, Ft. Worth, TX. The cost of theses sponsorships are individually listed below.
1. Your business name and logo will be displayed along with the other buckle sponsors on our association website which receives approximately 1000 visits per month under the sponsors page link.
2. Your business name and contact information will be showcased in our World Finals Rodeo program as the sponsor of the buckle you have chosen to sponsor: “YOUR BUSINESS NAME is proud to present the World Champion Heeler trophy buckle” along with contact information for your business. These programs will be handed out to the spectators in attendance both nights. The average nightly attendance at this venue is approximately 3000 people based on information provided to us last year.
Buckles are awarded not only to the World Champions in each event, but also to the winners of the World Finals Rodeo that will be held over the Veterans Day weekend in November of this year and the highest placing rookies in each event. Depending on the buckle, these sponsorships vary from $180 to $220 with the World Champion All Around being the most prestigious award.
